For this project, I chose to design a promotional poster for a local Eclectic Book Club. My goal was to create a unique sign with iconic visual elements that intrigued and informed the audience. Handfuls of rough sketches were created before settling on one to bring into the virtual space to play with. By utilizing various photo elements, style, and typographic treatment, the final design became the off-beat, academic, and almost eerie visual poster that I felt encompassed the book club’s tone and energy.
