Shell Lake Banking Web-based Software Redesign
Shell Lake State Bank provides the local community with an essential service. The current system has been difficult for current patrons to use. I concentrated on resolving such issues by examining the software's current weak points and factoring that into the new design. This project examines the current system by researching and creating sitemaps, personas, and user flows.
H2O Tracker App Design - Case Study
The H2O Tracker app is designed with the user in mind to track and manage their water consumption easily. User-centered research methods were used to understand peoples’ daily water consumption habits and pinpoint how an app can help them keep track of their goals. The approach ensures that the app is intuitive, effective, and enjoyable.
